- Account data: email address, phone number, Clerk user identifiers, and session state.
- Reading data: date of birth, birth time, birth location, map-selected longitude, and reading history that you choose to save.
- Transaction data: plan type, order identifier, payment status, payment timestamps, and subscription status. We do not directly store full card numbers on this site.
- Technical usage data: browser type, access logs, install state, language preference, and other essential diagnostics required to operate the service.
2. How We Use Data
- To authenticate users, secure accounts, and provide member-only features.
- To generate BaZi and astrology reports and let users revisit historical readings.
- To create payment orders, reconcile Stripe payment results, and process refunds or billing disputes.
- To improve product stability, investigate issues, and understand which content or features are most useful.
- To send essential service messages such as login codes, billing notices, or renewal reminders where applicable.
3. Third-Party Providers
The current product relies on a small set of providers for core functions:
- Clerk for identity, sessions, and hosted authentication.
- Stripe for payment processing and subscription handling.
- Vercel for deployment and infrastructure delivery.
- Redis for structured storage of orders, membership state, and reading history.
- OpenStreetMap / Nominatim for map display and location lookup.
Each provider processes the minimum information required for its function and is governed by its own terms and privacy commitments.
5. Retention, Deletion, and Security
- Reading history and order data may be retained for the life of the account unless deletion is requested or law requires otherwise.
- We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, payment errors, or a privacy incident, contact us promptly through the channels listed on this page.
6. Your Rights
- You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information associated with your account.
- You may cancel auto-renewal before the next billing cycle.
- If your local law grants additional privacy rights, we will handle qualifying requests within the applicable legal scope.
- The service is not intended for independent purchase by minors under 18 without a parent or guardian's involvement.
7. Privacy and Data Request Contact

- Legal entity name
- Privacy contact person or role
- Privacy request email
- Registered or primary business address
This page now contains a commercially usable privacy structure. Once your operator details are finalized, it is still worth doing one more legal review against the jurisdictions where you sell.
